Sapa, located in Lao Cai province in northeast Vietnam close to the Chinese border, is a quiet mountain town and home to a great diversity of ethnic minority people. DAY 1: HANOI – LAOCAI
21.00 Pm: Pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and depart for Hanoi station for overnight train to Laocai. Overnight on train (04 berth cabin sharing)

DAY 2: CAT CAT – Y LINH HO – LAO CHAI SAN – LAO CHAI – TA VAN VILLAGE
Arriving at Lao Cai station in the early morning, you will be picked up and transferred to Sapa by shuttle bus. You will have a short time to unpack the luggage, showering and getting changed for the first trekking day. We first
take a short drive to the first village H’Mong – Cat Cat Village, start trekking and walk around the village. We continue the visit to an old Hydro Electric Power station, built by French in the colonial time. We then hike on a small path down the valley to the MuongHoa River and from here to the Black H’mong village of Y Linh Ho & Lao Chai. Enjoy the overall pictures of the villages among terraces and visit the H’mong people living in the wooden and bamboo houses. After that, we continue going to Ta Van village to visit Giay minority (pronounced as Zay). Have dinner and free sightseeing time in the evening.

Cat Cat village Visiting Site/Activity
Located 3 km from Sapa center, Cat Cat - the old village of H'mong people- attracts tourists from all over the world for its distinctive customs and practices which have been lost in almost ethnic villages
Y Linh Ho Visiting Site/Activity
Y Linh Ho is a Black H'mong village where you can enjoy the beautiful and interesting scenery of these villages and learn about daily life of Black H'mong people.
Lao Chai – Ta Van Visiting Site/Activity
Ta Van Village is a place where many Vietnam ethnic minority groups gather and live together in harmony. Visiting the village, tourists can admire natural landscapes, experience homestay service, and enjoy traditional food of this land.
DAY 3: TAN VAN – GIANG TA CHAI – SU PAN – SAPA
After the breakfast, we take on the road to Giang Ta Chai Village of the Red Dao (pronounced as Zao) people via grassless paths between terraces, visit Silver waterfall and Rattan Bridge. We have a chance to meet the local people and share cultural experiences with families. We continue along narrow paths across the rice fields, then cross the Muong Hoa River and trek up to Su Pan village. Picnic lunch is on the way. We will meet the Jeep and transfer back to Sapa.

Giang Ta Chai Visiting Site/Activity
Located 15km from Sapa town, in the right side of Muong Hoa Village, Giang Ta Chai has become of the attractive places to visitors who want to experience the colorful traditional customs of Red Dao people.
Su Pan Visiting Site/Activity
Su Pan village is 17 km from Sapa town, it is on the long trekking routes in Sapa. The village is looking down to Muong Hoa valley, one of poorest village in Sapa district and the land of this area is very poor soil.
DAY 4: SAPA – MA TRA – TA PHIN – LAOCAI
After breakfast at the hotel, we driving 6km to Ma Tra village of Black H’mong tribe then start trekking through a paddy rice field to Ta Phin village. Along the way, you will have chances to explore the daily life of local minorities who live in the middle of the mountain with activities: raking soil, transplanting rice…Lunch is en-route. Get back to Sapa around 15h00. Late of the day, pick up a shuttle bus to Laocai for catching the night train to Hanoi. Overnight on train.
The trip ends at Hanoi station on the following morning.
Ma Tra Visiting Site/Activity
Ma Tra Village was added recently into Sapa’s growing list of stunning destinations in the area, the village locates only about 5 km from the center of Sapa. It is is a new must-see for visitors when coming to the mountain town of Sapa and preferring a less commercial track
Ta Phin Visiting Site/Activity
Ta Phin is consider one of the most attractive spots in Sapa. Coming to Ta Phin, visitors will know more about customs, traditions and lifestyle of H'mong and Red Dzao people.
